I had to re read that comment a few times before I got it. The word “Top” I understand now what Flash is inferring, “Top” as in position held not as in Manchester or Irish “Top” meaning “The Best”, we can have a “Top Man” a “Top Tune” ( a Top Top Tune is better than. Top Tune but not as good as a Top Top Top Tune) Irish “Top of the Morning to ya” means I wish you the best day There is another usage of the word “Top” but the Image of Hillary wearing a Strap-On is too sick even for I to contemplate.
