A Brit friend pulled out onto Rachadapisek one day and was stopped halfway out when the light turned red. When the light turned green, a taxi driver drove straight into the side of my friend's car. The police sergeant looked at the damage to the side of the Farang's car and knew that had to be wrong. Still, he had to do something, so he fined the Brit 100 baht and let him go. TIT.
