  1. Flash I am looking with bewilderment at the situation in the US. A small group within one party manages to hold their own party hostage, whom in turn hold the whole country hostage. And by extension you could say the world, as when the US defaults it is gonna be a worldwide problem! And all because they disagree with one law which was even upheld by your own courts! So just because they didn't get the toys they wanted to play with they are willing to threaten to blow up the whole pram if they do not get their way. These people are dangerous nutcases. extremely dangerous.
  2. It is so sad when one political party when they disagree on something can take a whole country hostage only because they do not want people to get affordable healthcare. It is plainly unbelievable.
  3. That would be BVN (Beste Vlaanderen en Nederland) TV, some of the content is actually life (like the Journaal). It is a 24 hours channel and some cable companies in Thailand put it through. Look if the company has BVN. http://www.bvn.nl/ It has existed like 10 years or even longer. Can get it with a sat dish. http://www.bvn.nl/ontvangst/regio_informatie/centraal_en_oost_azie
  4. They are the ones that one the bid for the English premier league I believe
  5. Being a neutral observer on this I cannot imagine how you could vote without an ID in the Netherlands. Curious to know how voting without an ID works.
  6. Well there is one problem in the US which other countries do not have and that is the huge amount of weapons already out there. That is why I think a ban on selling ammo makes more sense .......
  7. Flash I would have expected better from you. You give the total murder figure, while what is discussed is the murders with a gun. That gives a whole different picture: Note that that Thailand is twice as high as the US: http://www.nationmaster.com/graph/cri_mur_wit_fir-crime-murders-with-firearms
  8. By the way I have a solution for America's gun problem. Allow the selling of guns. But ban ammunition, it says nowhere in the constitution people have a right to ammo now does it? No ammunition renders the guns obselete
  9. Great video. America has the potential to become the greatest country again. But for that to happen they have to admit there is a problem first. This is really really strong!
  10. Maybe they got infected by the American problems .....
  11. And this is not looney it is downright scary: End the Military’s Discrimination against Non-Religious Service Members The US military fails to provide Equal Opportunity for non-religious service members. We are forced to participate in religious rituals during official ceremonies. This is not free exercise, this is forced exercise. Worship belongs in voluntary services, not in mandatory formations. This is unconstitutional establishment of an official preference for religion over non-religion. We are forced to take an unconstitutional religious test for “Spiritual Fitnessâ€. Those who fail the test are forced to take remedial training instructing them to go to church and pray. This proselytization by the US military is forced onto us against our will. These policies create a hostile environment, division, and resentment within the military, destroying morale and threatening national security. https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/end-military%E2%80%99s-discrimination-against-non-religious-service-members/jcfr6fWt
  12. it is like watching Looney Tunes: Strip the Citizenship from Everyone who Signed a Petition to Secede and Exile Them https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/strip-citizenship-everyone-who-signed-petition-secede-and-exile-them/ZbMjcwPf
  13. And then we will get districts that want to secede from states as some areas had a majority Democratic vote. The US is becoming weirder than I could have ever imagined!
  14. And why is it a stupid index? Because it is not putting the US at 1? Maybe you should look around you and see that us no longer nr 1.... Or maybe it is just you that is stupid? W

  22. And today Katyn http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Katyn_%28film%29 Katyń (Polish pronunciation: [ˈkatɨɲ]) is a 2007 Polish film about the 1940 Katyn massacre, directed by Academy Honorary Award winner Andrzej Wajda. It is based on the book Post Mortem: The Story of Katyn by Andrzej Mularczyk. It was nominated for Best Foreign Language Film for the 80th Academy Awards. The events of Katyn are related through the eyes of the women, the mothers, wives, and daughters of the victims executed on Stalin's orders by the NKVD in 1940. Andrzej (Artur Zmijewski) is a young Polish captain in an Uhlan (light cavalry) regiment who keeps a detailed diary. In September 1939, he is taken prisoner by the Soviet Army, which separates the officers from the enlisted men, who are allowed to return home, while the officers are held. His wife Anna (Maja Ostaszewska) and daughter Weronika, nicknamed "Nika" (Wiktoria Gąsiewska), find him shortly before he is deported to the USSR. Presented with an opportunity to escape, he refuses on the basis of his oath of loyalty to the Polish military. The film includes excerpts from German newsreels presenting the Katyn massacre as a Soviet crime, and excerpts from Soviet newsreels presenting the massacre as a German crime. Some documentary footage of the scene of the massacre is shown as well.
