  1. Hi, Theoretically, so was Prayuth Sanuk!
  2. Hi, The park has been enlarged a lot, it is now easily twice the size of the original park (including the lake). The old tobacco factory has been demolished, and that entire area is now part of the park. Sanuk!
  3. Hi, "Net Zero is pipe dream" Spoken like a true devoted oil-and-gas man Sanuk!
  4. Hi, Replacing one power hungry despot with another Sanuk!
  5. Hi, >Just lock the board and take yourself a well deserved break for the holidays! I'd be afraid there'd be no one left when I came back Sanuk!
  6. Hi, My problem is that you are now deliberately trying to provoke me. The age of the musicians itself is/was not the problem, the discussion and impression it gave is. Hence, my warning to stop. There are hundreds/thousands of videos you could post, yet you insist of posting those you know are provoking. I don't want to have to deal with shit like this during the holidays. Sanuk!
  7. Hi, Paul, WTF is your problem? I thought I made myself clear. No more talk about little girls and the first thing you do is post more bloody videos of little girls. Final warning. If I see you post one more video of little girls, I'll ban your ass. Sanuk!
  8. Hi, How about we all stop talking about underage girls. Hardly appropriate here. Sanuk!
  9. Hi, "There are going to be a few pissed off expats who have gone home for Christmas . " Yep, I know 2 of them Sanuk!
  10. Hi, "One thing I notice, on the immi form when you arrive, they want you to declare your yearly income! " I think I just ignored that section. None of their business and not relevant to me entering the country as I already have a valid visa anyway. Sanuk!
  11. Hi, Then I am lost too. Only thing I can think off is that you somehow booked a 'normal' room instead of one with covid package. Not sure if that is possible though. Sanuk!
  12. Hi, Then you did not have an ASQ hotel (or package), because these all provide covid tests. If you've not paid for the hotel, I would suggest booking a different one. Sanuk!
  13. Hi, The Thailand Pass is not necessary to fly out. I used this site to get an ASQ hotel: https://asq.in.th/ All of these offer covid tests when checking in. Sanuk!
  14. Hi Cav, I got mine after about 36 hrs. Sanuk!
  15. Hi, >I take it I can get a covid test at the BKK airport before I depart as it is required to enter the USA? Not sure if this can be done at the airport. I did mine at Rama IX hospital. Plenty of other hospitals provide the same service. >I have my covid passport from the hospital here in Thailand, so I hope they will accept that as proof of vaccination? No proof of vaccination required when I flew to Holland. In Holland that yellow booklet was accepted as proof. Sanuk!
  16. Hi, >Usually I bring back frozen items, steaks, etc. but looks to be not an option this time, bummer. Check with the hotel. Most will have a fridge with small freezer area. The hotel I stayed actually had a full size fridge with proper freezer. Sanuk!
  17. Hi, Fair enough. I agree, that using those criteria the country is not a democracy. The elections were a total sham, and rigged heavily in Prayut's favor. Been telling my wife for years already that he has absolutely no intention of giving up his power. It's obvious he's getting off on it. Sanuk!
  18. Hi, I agree that the elections were a joke. Rigged severely in the military's favor so they couldn't lose, then when they lost anyway, they changed the rules. Officially though it is a 'democracy'. Kinda. Marcel
  19. Hi, >The Thai fishing companies torture and kill the workers. The Thai fishing industry appears to be one big criminal enterprise. This has been well known for years, if not decades. And, and as you point out, nothing is done about it. Sanuk!
  20. Hi, Un-fucking-believable It is obvious we are in a military dictatorship in all but name. Sanuk!
  21. Hi, >Most online vendors, amazon included, accept Skrill, Payonear and Google Pay. I have honestly never seen (or even heard of) Skrill or Payonear, but not really paid attention either. >most popular does not mean the best People, myself included, are inherently lazy, and once they use one thing tend to stick to it. No argument there Sanuk!
  22. Hi, Right, but how many of those can be used to pay for stuff online? I've been using PayPal for years for this. Linked to my credit card, I just pay with PayPal rather than having to enter my credit card details. Much easier. Still not clear if I can continue doing this or not. Sanuk!
  23. Hi, Same thing happens/happened in TH. Get an expensive covid insurance, get infected, join your mates in the big covid quarantines and collect your cash. Sanuk!
  24. Hi, "Be in the Royal Thai Police, place plastic bags over a suspects head and suffocate him to death, all captured on Video, get the hospital to lie about cause of death on death certificate and still awaiting trial. " I missed this due to being out of the country. What an utter travesty yet of course not surprising Sanuk!
