Cologne, for example, has an official place for streetwalkers outside city center with open boxes which look like garages without a door where the punter can park their cars for P4P. This place was built by the town of Cologne to eliminate illegal prostitution of drug addicts (Drogenstrich in German). Anyway I have never visited any of these places, but it seems that a certain amount of street walkers are severe drug addicts, much more than girls working in apartments. Hi, St. Georg is in the process of beiing "cleaned up". Which is good for the drug-aspect but bad for the urbane flair of this old part of Hamburg. Everybody is using condoms anyways right?
