jp1
KS, just an idea, how about to enter all 'Thai National holidays' in the calendar? Quite often posters are asking for holidays like 'Songkran' or others. It would be easy then to lead them to this forum.

khunsanuk
Hi, Thanks. I'll see about adding them. Unfortunately a thread will be created for all of them though. Sanuk!

What I had in mind is to write the public holidays into the respective calendar dates, just the same way as with an event. In this case no thread has to be created. Isn't that possible? ::
New Petchburi Pete
Yeah, I would agree with this. If you take the major Thai Holidays off a regular calendar as sold here in BKK ... easy and might reduce number of threads.

In this case no thread has to be created. Isn't that possible?" Don't think so. At least not without modifying the code. I guess I could lock the thread afterwards. Sanuk!
