Hi void, Well - firstly I am not sure about farangs who idealize Thais. I know a few farangs who continually criticise them and the way they do things but I have never come across the reverse attitude. You are probably right that the girl would be seen as demeaning herself as well, but I was commenting from the biased sexist viewpoint of the farang man in the situation.
