farangman
Yes you can do it with pay as you go. Slightly more expensive than monthly billing, but can still use GPRS. 1 2 Call is the AIS version of pay as you go. Cheers farangman
butterfly
Hello all ! I use GPRS from DTAC and AIS 1-2 CALL on a daily basis. DTAC is a bit cheaper and seems to be faster. If you need the PCMA card I suggest you look for the ad in the Pattaya Mail and not buy the PCMA card directly from DTAC or AIS 1-2 CALL. Cost was about 9000 baht including loading software and walking me through everything. Note...you can not use a AT&T or Cingular PCMA card as they are locked, tried to get my Cingular unlocked at MBK without success.
rickfarang
How expensive is GPRS?
butterfly
1 baht per minute if you have postpay or 1.07 baht per minute if you have prepay. Yahoo Messenger works great with DTAC GPRS.
