Fatbastard Posted May 25, 2001 Report Share Posted May 25, 2001 My favorite subject, driving in Thailand and my favorite strip is the stretch from Ranong to Phuket, never get tired of it, great road, smooth as my little girls bum and just as curvy. Plenty of places to stop and drive into the beach. Well recommend it, from Phuket leave early take it easy and get into Hua hin by nightfall (stay overnight), say 12 hours for an easy trip with a few stops along the way.
