My local council spent a fortune building a site with all amenities for these people - but because there was a small rent to be paid, they all parked their caravans outside the site in the road, used the facilities, vandalised them, and then fucked off. The crime rate went up while they were there as well....it's not being racist to point out the truth. Personally I'd rather have the horsemen of the apocalypse living next door - at least they won't nick my DVD player, or try to sell me any "lucky" heather.
