The first thing doc said was he felt my dose of cypro was too low. i was taking 250mg twice a day. He sugested 500mg twice a day. I was at BNH on convent, i go to emergency, i generally find the service good and quick. So 2night i paid 300 for the urine test but no doc fee. He told me i could buy a local cypro outside for much cheaper. Good guy, and he spent ages talking to me and putting me at ease. So he recommend i take a larger dose for another 5 days, and everything should be ok. He said this was only the symptom of an infection, NOT HIV. I was so relieved i could have screamed... There are a few fine infections disease specialists at Bumrungrad. See these guys instead of the urologists if you are dealing with something potentially infectious. Just when i think its dried up, i see another fcking drip. I guess it might be a bit of piss still in the valve but don't think it should be there. Went to the doc tonight, said it was not a UTI but 'urinitis' type infection, in the penis itself (?). Said there was 2 types of bacterial infection, perhaps the first drug didn't kill both, because now the drip is not puss like, but just like water or urine. Its now 'leaky' and not just oozing out by itself. He gave me doxyline for 10 days, said it should kill it. I asked why i wasn't given it in the first place, he said they didn't know if i had 'both' strains of the infection. Whatever that means. What made me very angry was i was there only a few minutes, he scanned my file, listened to me explain the situation, recommended the doxyline, i told him i would buy it outside. And i was charged 400 fucking Baht. 300 for his lousy advice, and 100 for them to get my fcking file?! WTF? This is BNH on soi convent. That is bullshit, i complained WTF this was for, and they said it is up to the doctor. I told her "u mean up to how big an asshole he is?" Nurses became bitches and i became a criminal. I've been in that emergency room 3 times and not been charged a dime for some excellent advice. But this motherfucker wanted my baht and to get rid of me as quick as possible. And you bitch and call the doc a scammer and a mo-fo???? You are just a cheap fucking bastard. For Christsake, get a job or sumptin' if 5 quid makes you skint. They should have thrown you outta the place -- farang kee nok like you make everyone look bad and are the cause for all these inconveinent financial requirements for visas.
