A couple who are friends of mine followed my suggestion to go to the Blue Elephant and had fun. They did the full day (two courses) for B5K each. The only suggestion they had was that to do the classes on consectuive days as opposed to one day. One day was just too full. Was a bit basic, more of an introduction to Thai spices etc, but good. They work off of set menus. Cost was if I recall, 3-4000Bht for a 5 day class...included recipe book etc...was good fun!
