I think many of the massage girls are open minded to trying different techniques. I've tought girls how to massage the area along the perineum which stimulates the prostate gland some. You might also try bringing along your own massage devices to help. From reading through that site it seems you can accomplish what you want all by yourself as well. Occasionally a masseuse will have a specialty. For one it may be the face, another the stomach and they ask if you want it. I was getting a 300 baht, 2 hour traditional massage from a older woman perhaps late 40's and she asked if I wanted her specialty what sounded like a "back massage?, but where she was pointing I couldn't figure out how she was going to reach my back from between my legs. So I said sure as always and the next thing I know she was working away down there and it clicks she was saying "sack massage?! This was not a HJ and not erotic. It was a lot of sack folding and rubbing different points. It lasted about 10 minutes.
