I have a 1-2 call sim card. I was wondering if its possible to make internaitonal calls let say to Malaysia when I am vacationing in Thailand? How much does it cost per minute to make an international call using the 1-2 call sim card? Lastly, what numbers do I have to dial to make an international call using the 1-2 call sim card?

I went to the 12 call website but its written in Thai language. If I wanted to call Malaysia, what number should I dial? Is it 008 or 009? Also, how much is the rate per minute to Malaysia using the prepaid 12 call?

dial 007 or 008 then 60 followed by city and number.

If you begin number with 001 you will pay full tarif.
