Sure some would enjoy themselves I'd imagine, most would try to enjoy it as often as they could, but I'd guess a high number would simply go through the motions, a lot of it would be an act. I think the girls who have never had a chance to enjoy it for themselves and whose sexuality was strictly defined as going with customers, may not be aroused so easily, but IMO, that leaves a lot of field research about the others. I also think that a lot of customers are into enjoying themselves only, or just not that "good", so the girls are sure to shoot a blank with that type.
