Jitagawn is right. Basically Thai slang meaning "not a nice person".

 

You can also say "kee lae" which is Thai slang for "your face is ugly".

 

Then again... it COULD mean the verb "to ride". I mean, it could be very handy when you're in bed with your sweetheart and you ask her to "kee nah" - ride your face!!!
