Pescator
This is an old thread. But bad luck seemingly doesn`t go away. Nok, third wife passed away last year. My mate - early 40 - got a brain tumor. During the last 6 month, he 3 times went into a cardiac arrest where he had to be revived by electric shocks. He is now blind and generally speaks rather incoherently. He could have chosen to spend the rest of his life in Sweden under close medical observation, but has chosen to spend the remainder of his life in Thailand among friends. He has no medical insurance, no company would ever offer him one. This is not meant to be a sob story. He knowingly made his choice. As he said: I`d rather go down with a bang, than spend the rest of my life in a nursery home. Next seisure and he will check out. I just can`t believe just how jinxed one can be.
