Tired of my 22 year old wife...

Whats wrong with me? I've been with this very attractive 22 year old girl for 2 years now, married for 1 year, and I'm board. I feel like she's my sister. I'm constantly thinking about other girls and secretly plotting my trip to LOS. I've been like this with other girls, sleep with them and get board after 6 months or so. I'm 35 BTW.

You're an eternal butterfly!!! Don't worry about.

I'm convinced the male species has an innate instinct to mate with as many partners as possible so get your arse over to LOS and mate away!

All relationships at some point become boring. If you think enough about it you're going to have to spice it up by doing different things or you're going to have to break up. Up to you!

Easily done if you are not used to the UBB engine, I have done it myself (apologies).

If a stupid old fart can comment on the main theme. Why did you get married? Before about 1966 we got married because is was the only way to get sex every night and morning (plus afternoons at the weekend) without a lot of effort and expense. Perhaps also we wanted children and to bring them up in a loving relationship. Post 1966, the world changed. So if you want to butterfly, don't get married. If you made a mistake, get out before you bugger up each others lives.

Monkey Shine,

This is a very good post and you have my deepest sympathy. You have to face facts and say you are what you are. You like to p-lay the field and there's nothing wrong with that - but then again you shouldn't have got married. The girl is too young to get married anyway!

I'm about your age and let me tell you - you have to work at a relationship. I didn't learn that till I was about 32 and prior to turning 30, life was just one string of unsuccessful relationships. And it is as much my fault - I didn't pay enough attention. Get married at 40 - this is the best age.

Thanks for all the great replies. It's true, I should live by my favorite Shakespeare quote "to thine own self be true". I should have not married. I felt if I just stuck it out I would get over my butterflyness, but this was not the case. When the relationships start, and passion is flying high, sex seems like the best and will always be great. But, as in most cases, I become tired of her. I try to initiate new and different things to keep interest up, but it seems that she becomes offended or shy of new idea. One example, I suggested we watch a porno movie together; the whole time she made fun of the girls on the screen. She is completely opposed to a threesome and is of the common female mindset “I should be enough for you”. Alas, I’m a butterfly. I love when you meet a new girl, sense that she is attracted to you, and make love to her the first time; and the great sex the months to follow. I just wish I could find a non-judgmental, supportive, sexually open girl.

One night I was a DJ at a party for a famous singer. She was there with her husband; they were both flirting with other people, and had been know to have an open sexual relationship. A friend of mine asked the famous singer if her husbands flirting and sexual lifestyle bother her, she replied “ Why, he knows where home is.”

Yeah, it was Dick Gregory or some black comedian who said that whenever he and a girl split up, and then he saw her on the street with another guy, she looked FANTASTIC, better than she ever did with him. Or so it seems...
