But since the boards are pay-boards, (for the one who wants to reply) the fun is gone. Anyone knows is there still a free pen-pal board around? Or...how to work with ICQ? I had a free day to look around Manila and my number one thing to do is eat. So a week ahead of time I got on ICQ did as mentioned above, and started chatting to a lady in Manila. After a while we made a date to look around Manila. Went to Manila, met her and she showed me around Manila, had a nice meal and met a nice person. And now I have a friend in the Philippines. As a side note, it's funny how everyone is all caught up with Thai chicks, but the lady from the philippines was not only pretty but smart and spoke perfect english, very impressive.
