I've never read anything about these places so I was wondering if anyone here can enlighten me. Is there another freely available message board that might have Sanuk info on these places? Guest Posted June 26, 2001 Report Share Posted June 26, 2001 I have limited experiences upcountry in Cambodia but I havebeen to Battambang three times, most recently last year. Sihanoukville (aka Kompong Som) and Koh Kong have some action, but nothing comparedto Phnom Penh. And Siem Riep is not a sex destination in my experience. Battambang is even worse. I mean, really, it's a sleepy town. Fine if you're looking to find a wife or mistress, but the commercial sex scene is so small and low quality as to be worthless.
