Fatbastard
DB , You are right, there should have been a couple of commers in there but, a great bottle of Ozzie red and who's counting commers? Counting off the days to return back to my little (warm and wet) nest in Ekkamai.

Guest
Ate breakfast at Bourbon Street the other day. Ordered the french toast; the TW (thai wife) ordered pancackes. First thing I noticed was that they brought out a bottle of good ole' Log Cabin syrup. Very promising. Both the pancakes and the french toast were positively excellent. If they had been served to me at a diner or pancake house type place in the US they would not have been out of place. The bacon was acceptable but not great. The sausages were not too good. Contrary to other reports here the service was excellent. I would (and will) go back (but stay away from the sausages).
Big Kev
Don't even bother with breakfast buffet at the Manhattan hotel. Of 12 trays of "stuff" on steam table, you'll be lucky if even one is warm. Stayed there for two weeks and didn't even bother using free breakfast coupon after third day.
