J'aime mon canard (I love my Duck)

Great little formica-table restaurant on the corner of either Patpong2 and Silom or the corner of the next soi back towards the Sky train station and Silom.

Sells duck, not much else but great duck.

Well worth a visit. No beer from memory, just pepsi or green fanta and stuff like that.

Ok Coss My question is...what kind of duck? Muscovy? Long Island? Mallards?

What kind of ducks ya got there anyway??

Heres an Alaska Duck recipe for you...

Shoot duck. Remove breasts. Soak in Salt wate. Fry Bacon in pan. Saute breasts in bacon fat and onion and garlic. When almnost done, add 7 Up and COOK TILL GLAZED.

Don't know what kind of duck, cooked upstairs, lowered through a grease-dripping-dirt-encrusted-hole-in-the-floor-and-then-hung-by-it's-neck-in-the-window kind of duck I guess.

Your recipe, try a sauterne or port in place of the 7 up, worth the adventure.

I have to admit that I was a little disappointed to read this thread having seen the topic title. I thought I was going to get the lowdown on some new kind of sanuker's perversion - as in 'Go F**k a duck! shocked.gif" border="0

Oh well..... perhaps I should have known better - being in the FOOD section an' all.
