Guest
Posted by Thaifriend on another board, I thought it was a good topic for here. I only know of the Landmark Breakfast Buffet, 400 baht last time I was there and not bad. Landmark Hotel about 15 metres up Suk from Soi Nana (4)
luckyfarang
I don't eat the breakfast buffets, but for lunch or dinner the Espresso upstairs in Le Meridien President is excellent, as is the SG Sheraton.
tomc12
The JW Marriott also has a good breakfast buffet. Cost:around 450 bahts.

adakal
Sorry just read title again and I would not call Tai-Pan buffet the best but still very reasonable.
Guest
I hate the Amari company, but I must admit that their buffet is convenient to NEP and is quite decent. My favorite, though, is the Indian buffet on top of the Rembrandt. It is great, but popular. You sometimes need reservations. Yum.
Guest
To Vtombrown: why do you hate the Amari Corp? just wondering. Worst buffet: the rembrandt, over crowded, and half the food trays were empty. Favorite: a bit from Suhkumvit is the Central Plaza real good stuff there. And over at the Siam Novotel also pretty good.
Guest
Sid-- No real reason to hate Amari. I shouldn't have said that. I just think they are bland and overpriced. Plus, the Henry J Beans in Pattaya has the worst food I've ever tasted. I couldn't cook that bad, if I tried. Did you try the Indian buffet at Rembrandt, or some other buffet? That Indian food was pretty good.
