I want to purchase a cell phone for the 6 weeks that I will be there. There seem to be some cheap options out there, but this board always has great ideas. Can I make or recieve international calls with the one2call.I have heard mixed reports. Also does DTAC offer a prepaid system. I am going to be all over the country and I want to use whatever service has the best coverage.
