Send SMS to Thai Mobile Phone with ICQ?

I want to send an SMS message through ICQ to a Thai mobile phone from my computer in the USA. ICQ allows you to select the country you are sending the message to, and then asks for the "Carrier Prefix" and "Mobile Number".

Do I need to put "011-66-1" , or would just the prefix "1" or "01" work as the carrier prefix for the mobile number since the country (Thailand) being called is already designated?

I'm pretty sure I should put the 7 digit phone number in the "Mobile Number" box.

Any advice from those who use ICQ to send SMS messages is appreciated.

Just put in the prefix "01" and don't skip the zero as you would normally do if you dialled the number yourself. ICQ will take care of that part automatically.

It should look like this:

Country: Thailand

Prefix: 02

Mobile no: [Numbers after 02]
