DocThai Posted March 22, 2007 Report Share Posted March 22, 2007 The condo owner can get a monthly space. If you have any guests who come to see you and they drive, they pay 100 baht an hour to park. Taxi is 100 baht to enter. Tuk Tuk is 100 baht to enter. Motorcycle is 100 baht to enter. If during the rainy season someone used a taxi etc to leave and come back just one time a day they would be paying 6,000 baht a month above the rent. That is simply outrageous. The realtor who took me to show me a unit tried to argue with the mafia guard collecting the 100. She was then told we could not enter even if she paid the 100 baht. She pleaded amd he agreed to let her park for 150 baht. This has been the situation at the complex for quite some time.
