Also, he's the one who helped me out when I lost my wallet, got his mamasan to chase the cab I left it in, let me drink that night on a tab for the next day, and let me Bf one of his girls for future payment. shotover Posted June 18, 2007 Report Share Posted June 18, 2007 I agree this particular bar benefits significantly from regular expat patronage because they won't attract many of the high-spending tourists who prefer to visit the larger, flashier bars in the Cowboy. However, most bars in Cowboy and NEP benefit much more from the short-stay tourists than the expats, most of whom visit bars infrequently and don't spend their money outrageously on an nightly basis.
