PP
Can anyone please tell me what's the difference between gasohol and bog standard petrol as at some petrol stations now (PTT & Esso) they no longer sell regular petrol. Is gasohol better for your car or worse?

PP
For my motorsai, gasohol is worse! I've used it in my car over a consistent period before switching back to petrol as I didn't feel that the performance of the car was as good. Nothing I could put my finger on, just a feeling, so I wondered whether it was just my imagination or could be borne out by technical reasons. The Wikipedia article seems to indicate that it's no problem (so long as the local petrol stations aren't cutting it in the wrong proportions to save money?) cavanami
Alcohol absorbs water. Water in gas = bad. So maybe you get extra water in the gas tank and the car runs poorly?
PP
So that's why I get dehydrated after drinking gasohol
