I'd be prepared to say that the nearest sanuk is in Dumaguete City in Negros Oriental, on the same island. If you PM me I have a mate who lives there I can contact who might have a few ideas. Mainly freelancer stuff when I was there. Bago City is close to Bacalod, the capital, so you might find something there. Sightseeing available on the 'net.
