The_Munchmaster
Are you English and if so are you any relation to Edward I of England (17 June 1239 â?? 7 July 1307), popularly known as Longshanks, also as "Edward the Lawgiver" or "the English Justinian" because of his legal reforms, and as "Hammer of the Scots", who achieved fame as the monarch who conquered Wales and who tried to do the same to Scotland? Longshanks
Thanks for the welcome. Munchmaster - I am English, but doubt (maybe 'hope' would be a better word) that I am have any relation to royalty, I am, if anything, a socialist republican who regards the most important thing in life to be choice. I don't believe any of the monarchs of the UK have gone out of their way to oblige on that front. I do have a Scottish name (and spelling) and my fathers father was a Scot. The username 'Longshanks' simply refers to the fact that I enjoy walking and can often be seen around the Sois and Thanons of Hua Hin, chatting to anyone who is gracious enough to chat back. Once again, thanks for the welcome and i lookforward to conversing again soon. Take care - LS

Scotch is a drink", then politely tell them that they are in fact wrong.
