I've never heard it either, just guessing from the little clues provided. Cheers, SD

Fiery Jack
Hi, Perhaps 'dog with a rotten face'... I know her! Drinks in Soi 7 beergarden. Streetname of "Pin": top front teeth missing, lazy left eye, two grandkids, and a home-done tattoo in a ring round her arsehole that says "Reclaim the night and win the day." jack

Guy Himmaparn
Idiom meaning one who has fallen out-of favor. Literally means rotten fetid headwound on a dog (or something like that according to my wife)
Guy Himmaparn
The example my wife gave me would be if mom and dad divorce, remarry, and start a new family, the children of the original union might be considered mah hoo-a now by their parents because of the attention lavished on their newer half-siblings. She says it is most often used in familial relationships but may also refer to any situation where a person gets demoted to second-rate status after being number one.
