carew66
Hot buttered toast, hot beans (but DO NOT bring to the boil; makes 'em go hard, see?. Just warm 'em through and a bit of a simmer), a bit of black pepper, maybe a dash of HP on the side... N.B: If you can,use Heinz Beanz - they are the kings. ..
Me, I just "settle" for the Imperial Queen's Park Hotel Sunday Champagne Brunch. It is suberb! The Marriott in Thonburi is IMHO the only one better, but less convenient to get to. In fact, I plan upon being there this Sunday with new hottie girlfriend if anyone wants to join. Bring your own hottie GF... Cheers, SD

Mekong
Now, what is a "proper" English Breakfast? In my case a cup of coffee and 2 ciggies.

Mekong
Careew, You let the side down son. Marriot resort in Thonburi is 1400 Baht for Sunday brunch, that is 11:30 until 3:30 4 hours of unlimited drinking and eating, Wine Champagne and Cocktails and the odd nibble, I usually am in profit by 1 PM. I challange you or anyone to take me anywhere else in BKK for 1400 Baht sunday lunch session and give me a return like that. 20 quid for a 4 hour boozing and nosh session, it cannot be beaten, I probably do 60 quids worth of booze and the wife does 50 quids worth of food. There are some exellent Sunday Brunch Specials available in BKK, we are not being pretentious but merely advising how to get fed and mao on small money .
