By the way, I stay now at the River Star Hotel at Sisowath Bvld and I have a room with a view on the Tonle Sap (25 USD). It's nice, clean, not too big. It's girl frienly and very conveniently located in walking distance between the 136 str. and 104 str., the two streets with several hostess bars.
