John Cutter
 As has been recently detailed in the local papers True Visions does not supply quality football, NFL or NCAA to the American Expat community. There is an abundance of soccer (not real football) and badminton. This is all based on cost to True Vision. Since they have a monopoly there is not much we can do except START BOYCOTTING 7-11 which is also owned by True Visions.

elef
What you call soccer is the real football, the so called american football is just something they use to fill the time between the commercials...
John Cutter
Dear Elf, This thread is for people who like American (real) football. Obviously you are not one of those people. I pretty sure there is a thread for you where they talk about guys running around in little shorts with their hands in the air much like people with an alternative lifestyle (not that there's anything wrong with that). Pom Michael
There is more NCAA football this year than in the last 10 years combined. NFL seems about the same - still get 3 live games per week plus all the reruns. MLB - every playoff game has been on live so far it seems. Let's just hope for some NCAA basketball - that would be worth paying for.
itsmedave
If you're looking for something to make the games more interesting and are not into the fantasy games...check out sportsbook.com (of which I am nopt affiliated) Same as betting in Vegas...you can place straight bets or parlays on all the games. I love it. (If you sign up, give them my name...I will get a bonus on my account...hmmm...maybe I am affiliated with them.)
liquidflux
If you've got a fairly high speed connection you can use a program like Sopcast or something similar to watch the games live. They have ABC, NBC, and CBS feeds from the states.
Steve
myp2p.eu has all the games. it has different software downloading feeds like sopcast, tvants, pplive that show games. I'm american but watch 'football/soccer' for the games I can't get on cable.
