The_Munchmaster Posted October 29, 2007 Author Report Share Posted October 29, 2007 In my first house in Jakarta my bathroom had what they call a mandi, a kind of floor to waist height tiled sink, which you filled with water and then ladeled the water over yourself to shower. Unfortunately it didn't have any hot water, so Monday to Saturday the maid would put a bucket of hot water outside my bathroom door, to mix with the cold water.
