Hugh_Hoy
Nice to see Tim Teboe get the award. Seems like not only an excellent player, but also an excellent person. While not necessarily a "clear" choice, probably the best one. Final rankings of the four candidates was how I picked em. HH
Neo
I'm really looking forward to the Florida Michigan game to see him in action.
Hugh_Hoy
If Tebow does what got him the Heisman, it's gonna be a very, very, very long day for Michigan. HH
rchapstick
I must admit it bugged me when he did the usual "thanking my lord and savior Jesus Christ" routine. Do athletes actually think God gives a rats arse if they win or lose a game? Just once, I'd like to see someone try that in a business setting. VP of sales stands up and says we had a banner quarter, exceeding sales targets by 15%, and he'd like to thank Jesus!
Steve
lol...its funny because some consciously think about NOT saying it nowadays. Black athletes and entertainers in moments of emotion like awards shows revert back to type and that is reflecting that we were raised in the church. Our mothers or grandmothers brought...more like forced us..lol..to go each sunday morning so the 'thank the Lord' thingy usually makes its way into things.
