As far as I can recall, if you walk straight out of the train station and head leftwards you come to a fairly mild beer bar area that has many oriental gals (some good gals, others on the game). If you keep on walking away from this area with the station kept at your back you will then cross a major road (watch out for the contra flow of TRAMS!) you will come to a series of small strip clubs (beer cheap but ladies drinks expensive but can meet then after work) and if you keep walking past that area there are street hookers and even further away windows with hookers in them and if you then circle back to the left (which leads to the river) there is another series of lanes with windows and hookers. I would avoid the shop window hookers as they are hardcore and run by pimps. All kinds of nationalities. But as I said, this is ages ago so may have all been cleaned. Antwerp itself was a bit of a backwater with cheap apartments when I stayed there (made a fortune working on a one year contract for Bell Telephone an a design engineer). I consider the red-light district "De Wallen" as a ripp-off area; you have to pay 50 Euro for 15 minutes. Though, I must say I have had some great sessions with stunning Southeast and South-European girls. Sometimes there are model-like girls from South-American countries like Columbia and Venezuela. However, the sex with them is nothing special, even boring. Many of them even use a condom to perform a handjob. For real great sex with great girls stick to SE-Asia, I would say.
