Apparently some of the assault took place in public and I am confident that those who witnessed what happened will support the case. Currently I have only one side of the story but plan to get more in the next day or so. The hardest part will probably be to get my friend to lodge a complaint, her opinion of the BiB is probably just as cynical as you can get. As she said any time she has ever needed their help it has ended up costing her. Plan to check out some rooms this weekend then see if she is willing to push it any further.
