alexgb Posted March 19, 2008 Report Share Posted March 19, 2008 Over the years have spoken to many Pattaya bar owners including some in Soi Buakaow never ever heard of any farang protection rackets,just the occasional boys in brown calling for their donations.Most bar owners aren't making 40,000 a month except in the main season and would go out of business having to pay that.Easily dealt with the Thai way for small money.Ask any Thai how they would deal with this.
