I am informed that there it is dirt cheap and quite amusing. The freelancers identify themselves by carrying a paper bag (which contains a mat for lying on if one goes for the outdoor option)and the punter has to hold up fingers to indicate how much he is willing to pay. The place is open 24 hours and watched closely by the cops so you cannot march up to the girl, hence the sign language. got this from thai sources.
