Photographing/filming Thai women??

Having been to Thailand twice - once Phuket, once Bangkok - I was wondering how easy it is to find 'legal' women prepared to be photographed/filmed for website use??

Many seem reluctant to be filmed but as I am opening my own amateur adult website this year - having now completed over 30 completely legal amateur porn video-shoots here in the UK - I was considering Udon Thani as a possibility for content gathering.

I know the language barrier can be a major problem but I will need model releases signed to keep it all above board so will need proof of ID/proof of age!

Can anyone offer genuine advice along with recommendations for very good 'guest friendly' hotels where I don't have to pay crazy money to get the girls/women in. My first visit to Thailand started with the hotel staff opening my room only to be greeted by a bloody big cockroach in the room lol. I don't want anything like that again so I am looking for hotels/rooms with no such visitors!

Also, flying from the UK seems so expensive so does anyone know of good flight deals for later this year??

If you have 'sky tv' look out for repeats of 'Bangkok Bound', one of the episodes featured a UK chap doing a very similar thing. He was shooting stills for a UK porno mag featuring asian women. I think he used the Grand Sole hotel in Pattaya for the shoots, he found his models in the go go's and massage parlours of Pattaya, if the documentary was to be believed. I think he was paying the girls 5 - 8 thousand baht a time for their services, if my memory serves me correctly. Remember, this is strictly against the law in Thailand, and you could well find yourself arrested, and locked up (many have been) others seem to get away with it though, i.e. nasty Nigel of Asian Street Meat fame.

As others have touched on this will not be legal in Thailand. You making sure they are over 18 will only make it slightly less illegal than if you do'nt.

I'd avoid it if I was you unless you are rather more clued up about it all than you appear to be? And prepared to take the consequences if it all goes pear shaped?

Simie.

Hmm. You want a hotel in Udon Thani that you can use to take illegal porn shots, but one that won't allow cockroaches... Seems you've stumbled upon quite a paradox!

To pull this off in LOS you have to be acquainted with the "Thai " way of doing things... the spoken language is essential and you need to have friends that know the police.

Without the above you can probably pull it off for a little while until someone leverages your freedom and baht to the police. In LOS things can get ugly very very fast.It can get abit nasty in those holding cells, the trips to th epolice station etc etc

Nigel's "wife" is Thai and he is connected...

She once told me he butterfly "nitnoi" :smirk:

Her comment is the "Thai way" of doing things ha ha. :smirk:
