I am a bit far away in San Francisco to follow the game thru-out, and that showed a bit with my finishing 7th already last week. I liked what Platini says, or pretty close to that, about the sport: football is a sport where the best team on the field can lose. You need supreme intuition to predict these matches right. I bet Sayjann has a meditation routine before calling a score: empty your mind of stats bullshit... all is illusion... everything is changes and....Bingo! sayjann Posted July 9, 2008 Report Share Posted July 9, 2008 join us in the compies over the next few months. so what if you are American and know nothing about football. many of the 'experts' here know nothing,myself included. it's just a bit of fun and we need someone else to take the piss out of apart from Zaad....... :nahnah: i will get on your case if you do not enter with the 'big boys' and make sure regular players urge you to have a go. we will send you details of the compies when they come up and give advice if you have trouble understanding how things work. we are very nice people when it comes to footie and like to help newcomers............
