When you notice one, never start informing your friends in a public way. First of all, lady boys mostly thrive on deception : most often they go for men that are not aware of their 'condition'. Second and related : your taking away their opportunity to earn money. By itself, it should not be dangerous to inform any company you have. Quite often however, the person receiving the information will respond inadequately, like starting to stare at the lady boy or making improper comments. This leads to trouble. All this only applies to those among us that rather avoid physical violence. And please leave all the freelancers around lower Sukhumvit alone.
