Anyway, I'm confused, the satellite pictures show cloud moving up from the south, with some kickass storms about, but the local wind is from the north. Bangkok seems to be in a zone of its own, storms failing to make it here due to this odd wind. It's all a bit weird. Anyway, the tropical depression, having lost a bit of power, is getting its act together again. Moved south a bit, directly south of Ho Chi Minh city.
