Seems at least 50 people died and she tells me there seems to be more than 20 foreigners dead... Damn fire security and I am very egoistically happy she decided not to go to there. We heard a LOT of sirens racing down Suk around 0100 or so. That must have been it. Sad. And scary. If Ms Vampy had been in town, it could have been us as that was a place we liked to go . I suppose this is one of the reasons why I don't go often to discos (in addition to my Agoraphobia). I've no doubt building regulations in Bangkok require fire exits but I've also no doubt that a brown envelope was enough to avoid this disco from having any. LOS = Land of Subornation.
