Steve
Defacing anything saying Arsenal should be a capital offense in England. Since the Queen is a fan I'll extrapolate it to also defacing the royal family (quite a stretch eh? lol). Arsenal, the only club in England with a tube stop named after it. Get out the cctv tapes. Hunt down the perpetrators. The nation should not rest until the guilty parties are found summarily executed for high crimes. They can start looking at Shite Fart Lane. Mekong
Arsenal, the only club in England with a tube stop named after it. Should that not read in London instead of England? Gillespie Road was renamed Arsenal (Highbury Hill) in 1932 and then Arsenal in 1960 even though the station just so happens to be the closest to the old ground and not actualy there. For the record there is an overground railway station named after a football team which is at the stadium and is only used specificaly for match days. I give you Manchester United FC Halt
Steve
The Arsenal stop is named for the club, whether it stops exactly at the old stadium is irrelevent. Took a pic by it on my visit a few years ago. Not sure if a halt only good for match days counts as a proper stop. But if it makes our man yoo friends happy then so be it..hehehe
