dabbish Posted October 7, 2007 Report Share Posted October 7, 2007 yeah their support rocks. it's even 24/7. but one thing sucks big time. i forgot my pin2 code. dunno why they even have this stupid system. that's probably why they introduced OTP. but inorder for me to get a new one I have to update my phone number. I've changed numbers like 3 times since i singed up. and for some insane reason you can't just walk into the bank and have them update your new number for you. you have to download and print a form, that then have to mail to them. then they'll sms the OTP to you. how unsafe and fucked up isn't that? just felt like bitching.
