RECIPE: PO' BOY PEANUT BUTTER CHICKEN CHEESESTEAK -By Jordyn Boyer, 10, of Lebanon, Pennsylvania Sauce mix: â?¢ 3 Tbsps. Jif creamy peanut butter â?¢ 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce â?¢ 2 tsps. honey â?¢ 1 tsp. honey mustard â?¢ 1/2 cup water Chicken mixture: â?¢ 2 Tbsps. olive oil â?¢ 1 small onion â?¢ 1/2 red pepper â?¢ 1/2 yellow pepper â?¢ 1/2 apple â?¢ 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded â?¢ 4 chicken breast slices â?¢ hoagie/sub roll Cut peppers into strips, cut onions into rings and slice apples in strips. Put into sauce pan with olive oil and cook on medium heat until soft. Cook chicken breast slices and add to the pepper-onion-apple mix. Cut chicken into strips and add it to the pepper-onion-apple mix. For the sauce: In a sauce pan on medium heat, add Jif creamy peanut butter, worcestershire sauce, honey mustard, honey, and water. Very pleasant. :thumbup: i prefer smooth. try chocolate spread and banana............yummy. it's just a shame that chocolate spread is not the same these days...... :thumbdown: how i long for the days when it came in the plastic tubs.
