..
Never been there SD.Could you tell me a bit more about it please? Well prepared and presented food. Not (very much) Westernized spice-wise. 5* service. Romantic setting. The menu is at the link provided. Cheers, SD
..
Mahanaga is good also. Interesting (non-traditional) menu, romantic setting. HT: Spring Summer is more trendy than traditional. I've only had drinks there at a private reception, so can't say about the food. The finger food was OK. Samak: I'd not put Ruen Mallika in the same top class as Benjarong, Mahanaga, etc. Maybe one step below? Drogan: Click the link for info on Ruen Mallika. Ms Vampy & I eat here at least once a week. The addy is on soi 22, but it is really on soi 16, where it meets 22. I think I did a review on it. EDIT: ya, I did. Cheers, SD
samak
Naj: pretty pricey; food not high end Ruen Mallika: off Suk Soi 22; see SD's review in review section Lan Na: Suk Soi
..
Lan Na is a part of the Face complex. The Indian restaurant (Hazara) is far better than the Thai one IMHO. Cheers, SD

Cheers, SD Absotively correct SD. Lan Na is quite pedestrian, while I really like Hazara. GF likes their dessert joint too (the tiramisu, I am told, is superb). intoxicated
I quite like the white decor of "The House on Sukhumvit Soi One" the food is royal thai cuisine and not toned down in spices. on sukhumvit 14, opposite suda.
