ThaiHome
Saw The Warrior Way last night. I liked it but I think there will be many that won't like it. I really liked the visuals. Had a rather surreal feel to them that went well with the setting and the story. TH

Palatkik
Catfish A low budget movie centered around the perils of Facebook that had me fixed to the screen throughout. Documentary or real - it doesn't matter? 1xp4M0IjzcQ
ozpharlap
In the last week I have seen "True Grit" and "Green Hornet." Have you seen the original True Grit with the famous John Wayne? If so, I am interested how you compared John Wayne's credibility in the role as opposed to Jeff Bridges. Being a great John Wayne fan I am slightly opposed to give it my 10 cents However, I should watch it since I already have it lol I just watched the Town, it was quite a good film, very watchable and much better than I thought it would be. ozpharlap
Classic John Wayne, some may say his acting was wooden but he sold John Wayne the actor perfectly I sometimes wish that the Coen Brothers could get some unused film on him, or everyday film and work it into one of their scripts
Hugh_Hoy
This last week I spent about 6 hours watching the Millennium triology: The Lady With The Dragon Tatoo, et. al. Swedish film with English subtitles/English dubbed (take your pick). The first story was quite good; the 2nd two parts were so-so. Acting, photography, casting was very good. I've actually become quite interested in foreign films from Europe and Japan. Story, plot, characterization and production are often excellent, exceeding the usual drivel Hollywood produces (action requiring special effects, gore for shock purposes, and supernatural/cult crap). BTW, I agree that The Town was a good flick. HH
